Hi, I'm Marina - a certified nutritionist, group fitness instructor and change professional passionate about helping people live healthier, more fulfilling lives. 


Whether through movement, mindset, or meals, I believe real change happens gradually, with support, intention, and the right tools. That's what my coaching approach is all about.


Most nutrition programs tell you what to do. I help you figure out how to actually do it - and stick with it.


My coaching covers all aspects of balanced nutrition and healthy habits, and I also bring lived experience in gluten-free, allergy-friendly, and plant-based eating. I help you build healthy habits that feel doable and sustainable - not overwhelming and restrictive.
