Hi, I'm Marina - a certified nutritionist, group fitness instructor, and change professional. I'm passionate about helping people navigate change, whether it's an organization shaping its future or an individual improving their health.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and a Certificate in Economics. I began my career in New York City where I secured a competitive internship position - an experience that I'm deeply grateful for. Although I was offered a permanent position, I chose to stay in Canada to be close to my family. It was not an easy decision, but one that shaped the course of my career.

Over the last 20 years, I've grown with a purpose-driven organization. My experience includes leadership roles in corporate strategy and large-scale transformation, focusing on helping people thrive in a complex, ever-changing environment.

Through my work, I've learned that lasting change isn't about big leaps; it's about steady, intentional steps.

My personal journey brought that lesson to life in a different way. Over the years, I've learned that health isn't about perfection; it's about showing up for yourself, one choice at a time. More than 15 years ago, I was diagnosed with celiac disease, and soon after, my oldest son was found to have severe food allergies. Cooking from scratch and paying close attention to what was in our food became a necessity, but also an opportunity. I noticed that as I made these changes, I didn't just feel better physically; my energy, focus, and mood improved as well. I experienced firsthand how profoundly nutrition can influence physical and mental health, sparking a passion that grew into years of learning, experimenting, and ultimately, a deep commitment to the connection between food and wellbeing.

Today, I combine my professional expertise in strategy, leadership, and transformation with my passion for nutrition and fitness. Drawing on my background in science and behavioural change, I developed a simple framework that empowers individuals to nourish their bodies and rewire their habits for lasting change.

In the same way that I've helped organizations and non-profits develop strategy and vision, I help individuals visualize what success means for them, prioritize what's important, and set goals with clearly defined action plans to achieve them.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief in people – their resilience, potential, and ability to transform their lives. My mission as a volunteer fitness instructor and nutrition coach is to inspire and enable people to build healthy habits, strengthen their resilience, and create space for a more fulfilling life.
